‘Am I the Only One?’ – Upper Yarra Mail Letters to Editor 18 December 2018

Am I the only one that sees the council funding budgets and thinks 'if only...' - if only they would put as much effort into securing funding for the residents as they do for the visitors, how much more wonderful this area would be not just for the locals, but also the visitors.
