A minor bit of heckling from the public in response to provocation by council and they are banned from council meetings, however when locals are beaten and threatened by mountain bikers including threatening to burn down their home, peeing in their letter boxes, buzzing with their cars when they are walking along the street, shouting abuse, physically intimidating them, threatening that they better not be caught alone on a street – anyone who complains is besmirching the good character of mountain bikers because of a few bad apples.
