An open letter to Yarra Ranges Council. Dear Councillor Child, Mayor Cos and Members of Yarra Ranges Council. I am very interested in the proposed Mountain Bike Trails around Warburton. This is a significant project that is expected to bring large numbers of visitors to the area and cost a large amount to local, state and federal  government.
