Work putting in parking at Wesburn Park. More car parking to come, also an extra road from Old Warburton Highway through the offleash dog park connecting to the ring road around the oval and fencing around three sides of the dog park and screening at the top of the equestrian area . . . All before the traffic Management plan, the Emergency Access Plan and the Emergency Management Plan. Why? Because by splitting the Wesburn Park Plan away from the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination Project, the council has been given State Government funds that must be spent by the end of the financial year. But the work is all for the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination and should be part of the EMP, EAP and TMP. And in our Emergency Management Hub!
